Service Description

As part of The Pont Project funded by Aneurin Bevan University Health Board, we can offer a free 30 minute phone or video call to offer support and signposting with regards to your referral. We will be required to confirm that you are on the pathway or not met the criteria. When you are called, it will be from either a private number or from 07450 773978. Please allow 10 minutes after your call time to contact us if we have not called you.
