All About Me
I started my career at Cardiff University as a Research Psychologist in Psychological Medicine following the completion of a Masters in Occupational Psychology in 2005. I left that course with a Certificate of Competence in Psychometric Testing from the British Psychological Society, and I have worked alongside Clinical Psychologists and Psychiatrists completing various psychometric assessments over the years. My various roles have always been driven by the desire to create positive change and remove barriers for people to access work, reduce stress and make time to enjoy life. As well as running several business I work part-time as a lecturer in the Centre for Medical Education lecturing on topics such as depression, stress and neurodiversity.

I found out that I had ADHD as an adult. I had always wondered why I struggled with some tasks that other people seemed to sail through. I know the importance of validation in the pursuit of self knowledge. I hope to champion for a better understanding of Wellbeing in Neurodiversity for all.
